Do the quotation prices cover everything?

Always make sure any prices you are quoted include everything! You may find other CD / DVD duplication companies will charge extra for set up fees and over / under run charges.

What kind of CD / DVDs will be used for your order?

Always make sure you know what CD / DVDs will be used for your duplication order. There are lots of very cheap CD and DVD discs in the market which are susceptible to scratching and therefore don’t last very long.

Gorilla Discs only use high quality Ritek/JVC branded CDs and DVDs

What about guaranteed delivery?

Always make sure that your CD / DVD order is sent by guaranteed, signed for delivery. Your important disc order could get lost.

Can I track my order?

Make sure you can trace your order if the worst happens and it goes astray. Some companies do not provide tracking numbers for your CD / DVD order delivery.

Gorilla Discs will give you a tracking number so you can check your CD / DVD order delivery status.

How will the printed products be produced?

Make sure that additional printed parts of your order ie. CD/DVD case inserts, covers and booklets are printed and finished using the best kit for the job!

Gorilla Discs use state of the art Canon Digital equipment and all printed products are

professionally guillotined to the correct dimensions.

 How will your CD / DVD Order be packaged?

Always make sure that your discs will reach you in one piece!

Gorilla Discs will make sure that your CDs and DVDs are packed with the greatest care using the best materials for the type of order, so you can be sure your discs will arrive undamaged.

Is there a breakage policy?

If your discs should be damaged in transit, please make sure the provider will deal with the situation efficiently and without argument.

Gorilla Discs will replace any broken CDs / DVDs straightaway.

Will you be able to get free proofs?

Always make sure you will not be charged extra for proofs of your CD / DVD's and printed parts.

Gorilla Discs will supply free full colour proofs of all your work if requested, free of charge once your order has been placed.
