DVD BOOKLET & INLAY CARD PRINTING

At Gorilla Discs, we print all DVD booklets and inlay cards using in house high quality digital press technology. We use 150gsm silk paper stocks as standard to give a professional, quality feel to all our printed products.

DVD Booklets

DVD front booklets fit into the front of a DVD Jewel Case. They can either be 2 page or 4 page booklets with each 120mm square panel counting as a page. Booklets can be printed full colour 1 side only or full colour throughout or black only.

DVD Inlay Cards (Tray Cards)

The back DVD Inlay is the sheet that sits under the tray in a DVD Jewel Case. Usually printed full colour 1 side only. We can print full colour both sides for use with a crystal tray.

For slimline DVD cases we will provide either a single or double sided inlay in full colour.

DVD Booklet in Plastic Wallet

These are a great value for money alternative. The DVD is inserted in a plastic wallet with either a folded double sided or single sided insert which goes into the wallet with the DVD. This looks good and is cost effective.

How we cut the finished booklets and inlays

We use a professional mechanical guillotine to provide a smooth and clean finish. Some companies in our industry have been known to use perforated booklets and inlay cards! We keep everything to do with our Gorilla Disc products professional in every way!

The folding and assembly of the finished DVD pack

Booklets and inlay cards are professionally creased and folded. The booklet, inlay card and DVD, are fully assembled in their case. We provide the full DVD duplication and packaging service; at great value prices, fast turnaround and secure tracked delivery within a one hour time slot.
